Role Snapshot

The Manager, People Strategy & Projects at Per Scholas serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, coordinating and executing high-impact initiatives within the People Experience department. This role acts as the project manager and connector for strategic people programs including job description modernization, career lattice development, and recruiting process rebranding.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate strategic People Experience initiatives while managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-team collaboration; maintain project documentation and stakeholder communications. Partner with the SVP, People to prioritize initiatives, facilitate working sessions, support systems integration (Greenhouse, Predictive Index, BOB), and drive organizational readiness for major rollouts.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Working knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and assessment systems; demonstrated ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and coordinate complex initiatives.
Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in HR project management, people operations, or strategic HR programs with proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Experience with systems awareness and cross-functional collaboration in People/HR environments preferred.
Location: United States
Compensation: $70K–$75K/yr
