Role Snapshot
Regional Sales Manager for an EdTech company specializing in AI-powered K-12 literacy tutoring platform. Drive new business and expansions within the K-12 sector across Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona.
Key Responsibilities: Capture new business and secure customer expansions within K-12 districts, build and maintain relationships with district leadership and superintendents, and maintain a customer-facing presence through 50%+ travel within the territory.
Skills & Tools: Proven track record in K-12 EdTech sales with strong relationship-building abilities with educators and administrators. Competitive sales mindset with history of success in new business acquisition.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of EdTech SaaS sales experience with consistent goal achievement. Preferred experience in education administration, start-up environments, and selling supplemental resources to K-12 districts.
Location: California, Nevada
Compensation: $120Kβ$130K/yr
