Talent Management Specialist who will support the implementation and administration of performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness programs. This role is vital in building and shaping the talent management function from the ground up across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Advance performance management culture by developing resources and tools in Workday, administer the Percipio/Skillsoft LMS platform for employee development, and design toolkits and communications to promote engagement. Support succession planning and talent reviews, contribute to organizational design efforts, and coordinate day-to-day talent management processes.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Workday HCM (talent management modules), and Learning Management Systems administration; strong project management abilities to handle multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to influence across all organizational levels and operate autonomously in a remote environment.
Qualifications: Five years of progressive HR experience with focus on Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, or Organizational Effectiveness. Professional certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or talent management certification) is preferred.

Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a collaborative Talent Management Specialist who thrives on connecting the dots between people, processes, and organizational goals. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about empowering employees and leaders through day-to-day execution of talent initiatives. You will support the implementation and administration of programs across Performance Management, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, and Organizational Effectiveness. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Management, you'll play a vital role in building our talent management function from the ground up, shaping how we support and develop talent across the organization. Key Responsibilities Advance a continuous performance management culture by developing resources, tools, and best practices within Workday to guide managers and employees throughout the performance cycle. Serve as the learning administrator, leveraging the Percipio/Skillsoft LMS platform to drive employee development and learning initiatives. Design and create toolkits, job aids, and communications to promote employee development and engagement, while enabling training evaluation through metrics tracking. Support succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential (HiPo) development initiatives by maintaining accurate data and leveraging tools within Workday to inform strategic talent decisions. Contribute to organizational design efforts by creating resources and tools for HRBPs to implement organizational improvements that enhance operational efficiency and team engagement. Coordinate and execute day-to-day talent management processes, ensuring timely completion of initiatives. Required Qualifications Five (5) years progressive HR experience with a focus on Talent Management functions Demonstrated experience with Performance Management, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, or Organizational Effectiveness Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Workday HCM, specifically talent management modules Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) administration Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization Growth mindset and proactive learner who is open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement Ability to travel up to 15% Ability to clear the required background check Preferred Qualifications Professional certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or talent management certification) Instructional design experience with ability to create engaging learning content Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives What Makes You Successful in This Role You love finding the connections between talent initiatives and business results. Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate the salary range to be $69,906.75 - $85,000.00 per year. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.
