Chief of Residential Sales responsible for driving B2B sales strategy and revenue growth for Canadian Solar's residential power electronics products (solar panels, inverters, energy storage) in the Japanese market. This leadership role focuses on developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and expanding market presence through new customer acquisition and existing account management.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for residential power electronics products; conduct full-cycle sales activities from product introduction and quotation through order receipt and delivery; present and propose products to existing module customers; identify and develop new customers via exhibitions and market research; build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Skills & Tools: Strong B2B sales strategy development and execution expertise; proven ability in customer relationship management, market analysis, and business development; excellent presentation and negotiation skills; knowledge of solar energy and power electronics products preferred.
