Role Snapshot
Strategic Account Executive role focused on leading sales efforts in the public sector (SLED) and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and stakeholder engagement. Responsible for expanding client relationships and managing complex sales pipelines.
Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales quotas, expand public sector client base with new and existing clients, manage RFPs and bid processes, and lead business planning and quarterly pipeline reviews. Work across teams including product, inside sales, and sales engineering to convert qualified leads into deals and optimize quarterly bookings.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of Federal Government and SaaS sales experience with demonstrated C-Suite and Agency Executive engagement capabilities. Strong communication, relationship building, territory management, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments with proficiency in RFP/RFI processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required with 5+ years in SLED/Federal Government SaaS sales and territory management. Proven success selling to large, complex organizations at CHRO and CIO levels with ability to manage multiple high-volume opportunities.
