Role Snapshot
The Services Resource Advisor at CDW is responsible for allocating resources to ensure exceptional customer experiences and project success while collaborating with Sales and Services teams. The role drives business outcomes through strategic resource planning and supplier relationship management.
Key Responsibilities: Optimize resource fulfillment and assignment of consulting professionals to deliver customer excellence, match resource demand with supply/capacity, and manage organizational capability platforms. Monitor utilization across teams, communicate project requirements, and drive continuous process improvement.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, influence teams effectively, build relationships, and coordinate complex projects. Demonstrated independence, attention to detail, decisiveness, and eagerness to learn new technology.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, or 7+ years of relevant professional experience, or 3+ years of CDW experience, or 2+ years of supervisory experience in IT or consulting environments.
Location: Vernon Hills, Illinois
Compensation: $68K–$73K/yr
