Role Snapshot
Field Sales CTO for Trafera's Texas Region responsible for driving revenue growth in the public sector by building customer relationships and executing effective sales strategies. This role is critical for maintaining strong customer partnerships and expanding market share in state and local government, transportation, and public safety sectors.
Skills & Tools: Proven ability in IT solution sales with strong analytical and communication skills, demonstrated customer focus, and persuasive abilities. Must be proactive, results-oriented, action-driven, and capable of managing conflict while optimizing work processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or IT plus 10+ years of experience in leadership or sales roles within technology sectors. Must have established relationships in public sector markets and expertise in IT solutions for K-12, higher education, and government organizations.
Location: Texas
Compensation: $150Kβ$200K/yr
