The Talent Search Group at PiP is seeking a Senior Director of Sales on behalf of our client, a high-growth EdTech offering a student engagement platform to improve student belonging, learning outcomes, and retention. 

Candidates must be located in the US.

The Senior Director of Sales will lead strategy and execution across sales, revenue, and demand generation, while collaborating closely with Marketing and Client Success to drive retention and expansion. You will also co-own the company’s brand presence, thought leadership, and awareness strategy in the education sector alongside the Marketing team. 

Key Objectives 

  • Drive strong year-over-year ARR growth in a metrics-driven, results-oriented environment 
  • Set and achieve aggressive lead generation and brand awareness goals through full-funnel campaign execution, and business development efforts across higher education institutions 
  • Position company as a category leader in learner engagement and student success 
  • Strengthen collaboration and handoffs across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success 
  • Build a scalable, repeatable sales strategy that addresses both individual buyers and enterprise procurement models 
  • Travel up to 30–40% based on business needs 

Your Background 

We’re looking for a high-performing leader with: 

  • 8–10+ years in B2B SaaS sales/revenue roles, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership capacity in a growth stage company 
  • Proven success scaling revenue at a growth-stage 
  • Deep understanding of the higher education landscape, including faculty-admin dynamics and institutional procurement processes 
  • Proficiency with GTM operations (CRM, marketing automation, analytics)

  • OTC : $180K - $220K + Performance-Based Equity Options
