Role Snapshot
As a Value Engineering Consultant at Docebo, you will drive business impact by collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to create tailored value propositions and ROI models that demonstrate the business case for Docebo's AI-powered learning platform.
Key Responsibilities: Lead value engineering engagements and discovery workshops to uncover client business drivers, develop customized ROI models and business cases, present financial analysis to support purchasing decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable value engineering assets and frameworks.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, excellent communication and presentation skills, deep understanding of SaaS business models, and experience translating business needs into economic impact.
Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, or related fields; CPA or MBA preferred but not required. Understanding of SaaS business models is a bonus.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: CA$90K–CA$130K/yr
