Role Snapshot

Account Executive role focused on expanding NWEA's presence in the Central Region by building relationships with mid-sized school districts and driving revenue growth through new business development.

Key Responsibilities: Lead new business development, prospect and close deals with school districts, develop sales strategies, and provide data-driven consultations to align NWEA assessment solutions with district goals. Manage territory, navigate complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and leverage Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and customer engagement.
Skills & Tools: Proven success in net-new business sales with quota achievement, strong prospecting and independent closing abilities, deep K-12 education sales expertise, ability to present complex solutions effectively, and territory management capabilities.
Qualifications: 1-5 years of sales experience in education technology or related fields with a Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field. Knowledge of NWEA products is preferred.
Location: Missouri, Arkansas
Compensation: $95K–$100K/yr
