Role Snapshot
Lead Discovery Education's global accounting function, overseeing multi-entity and multi-currency operations while ensuring compliance and driving financial process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align accounting with business objectives and support company growth.
Skills & Tools: Advanced financial acumen with deep understanding of accounting standards, strong leadership and communication abilities, risk management expertise, and proficiency with financial software including Sage Intacct. Demonstrated ability to automate processes, design internal controls, and mentor accounting teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with active CPA certification and 10+ years of experience in corporate finance or accounting. Leadership experience in multinational environments with familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Sage Intacct.
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Compensation: $168K–$185K/yr
