Role Snapshot
Part-time Content Specialist role combining teaching expertise in Math, Literacy, or World Languages with sales support to drive customer engagement and revenue for Carnegie Learning. The position involves leveraging classroom experience and product knowledge to help sales teams close business and maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Support sales teams by delivering customized product presentations, providing content expertise to prospective customers, and assisting in closing business opportunities through consultative selling and follow-up services. Collaborate internally on product initiatives, stay informed of industry trends, travel to adoption presentations, and curate sales materials and standards correlations.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with deep content knowledge in math, literacy, or world languages; proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Classroom, and sales techniques including consultative selling and active listening. Must demonstrate superior communication abilities, outgoing attitude, and ability to translate pedagogical best practices for sales contexts.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant education area with 3+ years of education experience as a current or former teacher or leader. Previous sales experience preferred; flexibility for travel during peak seasons required.
Location: Pennsylvania
Compensation: $35–$70/hr
