Role Snapshot
The Payments Optimization Expert at Blackbaud designs and executes strategies to improve authorization rates for recurring payments in the nonprofit sector, driving customer success and optimizing payment solutions through fintech expertise and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities: Design authorization strategies, analyze transaction data using tools like Salesforce and Qlik, manage recurring payments lifecycle, define KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams, and lead payment solution onboarding and optimization for customers.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of fintech or payments experience with deep understanding of recurring billing systems, proficiency in data analysis tools (Gong, Salesforce, Qlik), and excellent communication and analytical abilities. Preferred expertise in fraud prevention, chargeback management, global payment rails, and nonprofit fundraising payment solutions.
Qualifications: 5+ years in payments, fintech, or fundraising payments space with deep understanding of recurring billing systems. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with fraud prevention, PCI/DSS compliance, and nonprofit payment solutions.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $67K–$91K/yr
