Summary

Join CDW's 2026 Summer Sales Internship Program to launch your sales career with hands-on experience in B2B technology sales. Work alongside top-performing sales professionals and gain exposure to 1,000+ leading technology brands while building a nationwide network of peers.

Key Responsibilities: Contribute to strategic sales projects, research new and inactive accounts for opportunities, develop rapport through outbound calls, shadow experienced sellers, and analyze segment-specific data to support territory optimization. Partner with mentors and cross-functional teams to support the sales organization and understand CDW's business model.
Skills & Tools: Strong interpersonal and time management skills, self-starter mindset, and passion for sales are essential. Ability to commit to 40-hour work weeks and effectively build rapport with customers.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled undergraduate students graduating in December 2026 or May 2027 with authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Must be available to begin the 10-week program from June 2 through August 7, 2026.

 WhatYou’llDo 

  • Contribute to strategic projects that impact our sales organization

HowYou’llGrow

Over10 weeks,you’llgain hands-on experience in technology sales through classroom training, real-world projects, and ongoing coaching from yourSalesManager.Your journey begins with a week-long orientation in Chicago, whereyou’llconnect with fellow interns, meet CDW leaders, and dive into our culture and sales fundamentals. Throughout the program,you’llalso take part in professional development activities +executive panels, workshops, and volunteer events-designed to prepare you for a potential full-time sales career.

Program Details

The 2026 Summer Internship Program runs will begin on Tuesday, June 2nd through Friday, August 7th and offers a hybrid work experience in the location listed in the job description.

WhatWe’reLooking For 

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate students with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027 with ability to begin full-time employment in 2027 (if offered employment post-internship) 
  • Passion for a career in sales and a self-starter mindset 
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills 
  • Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week during standard business hours throughout the summer, with a hybrid work arrangement 
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship as a full-time coworker 

Salary: $18/hour
