Key Responsibilities: Manage, renew, and expand existing client portfolios by establishing strong relationships, identifying client needs, and driving cross-sell opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Conduct account reviews, leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline and opportunities, and collaborate across internal teams to resolve escalations and meet annual sales quotas.
Skills & Tools: Proven B2B sales experience with strong customer service skills, proficiency in Salesforce, and expertise in sales methodologies such as Challenger and SPIN selling. Strong communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with consultative discovery and strategic advisory capabilities.
Qualifications: Experience in Sales or Account Management within SaaS or Ed Tech sectors with a proven track record in solution sales. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and build long-term client relationships.

Compensation: $70Kβ$120K/yr
