Summary

Senior DevOps Engineer leading infrastructure modernization and cloud platform improvements on Azure while supporting the company's shift toward container-based services. Key Skills

  • Strong experience with Azure cloud infrastructure in a production environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools.
  • Well-versed in the principles of cloud security, with a practical mindset toward secure infrastructure design.
  • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with distributed teams.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
  • 5–7+ years of relevant experience in DevOps/SRE or similar roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform.
  • Help define and improve our cloud infrastructure on Azure.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to streamline deployments and build robust CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support our shift toward containerization (e.g. Kubernetes).
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to support growth, scalability, and automation.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support uptime and stability.

Compensation

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The total pay range for this role is $170,000 - $190,000.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
