Role Snapshot
Finalsite seeks a Solutions Engineer to support sales and client success teams in the K-12 and Higher Education sectors by serving as a technical expert and trusted advisor. The role focuses on qualifying opportunities, delivering product demonstrations, and educating prospects on how Finalsite's community relationship management platform solves their needs.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to articulate Finalsite's value proposition, provide product demonstrations to prospects, and assist with RFP preparation. Serve as technical resource, maintain demo environments, offer product solutions based on prospect needs, and support sales teams throughout the customer buying journey.
Skills & Tools: Strong technical knowledge of SaaS platforms and third-party integrations, exceptional sales skills, and ability to work effectively in team selling environments. Demonstrated ability to educate clients, communicate with prospects and colleagues, and maintain accurate CRM data.
Qualifications: Preferred experience in Solutions Engineering, education sector familiarity, and passion for technology in education. Should demonstrate competitive drive, ability to handle complex customer interactions, and prior software or telephony systems experience.

Compensation: $70Kβ$120K/yr
