Role Snapshot

Join Ascend Learning as an Account Manager to drive sales strategies and foster client relationships in the nursing education sector across Central Texas. You'll manage accounts, develop sales pipelines, and support nursing programs while achieving sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage client accounts, and close business to meet sales goals while addressing client needs and expanding accounts through upselling. Build strategic roadmaps, map stakeholder relationships, actively manage the sales pipeline, and maintain client retention across the South territory.
Skills & Tools: Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to analyze sales data and trends; relationship-building abilities and strategic thinking required to identify client pain points and drive solutions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of outside sales account management experience. Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage large client bases preferred.
Location: Texas
Compensation: $65K–$90K/yr
