- Manage and support a team of experienced engineers to build new features that better connect Figma’s multi-product ecosystem
- Champion a strong engineering culture rooted in inclusivity, velocity, and technical excellence
- Partner with product, design and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities, and mission for teams and projects

- Grow your career in a collaborative and creative engineering community
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 2+ years of engineering management experience and leading a high output engineering team
- 6+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills in building a high-performing and highly engaged engineering team; including a proven track record of motivating, mentoring, and guiding senior engineers
- Experience building product roadmaps with product, design, and data-science partners
- Proven success balancing technical quality work alongside feature development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Success working in highly complex and ambiguous product spaces
- Experience shipping cross-product features and tools
- Strong collaboration experience across engineering teams and organizations

You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
