Learning Designer – AI role focuses on developing high-quality digital learning content using generative AI tools while maintaining instructional integrity and alignment with learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Design and refine structured prompts for AI tools, critically evaluate and improve AI-generated educational content for quality and accessibility, and collaborate with MSEs, AI engineers, and content teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly across learning platforms. Contribute innovative AI-driven ideas aligned with educational domain best practices while ensuring workflow consistency and scalability.
Skills & Tools: Strong foundation in instructional design principles, Bloom's taxonomy, learning objectives, and assessment alignment, combined with hands-on experience in generative AI tools and prompt engineering. Demonstrated analytical thinking, documentation capabilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, and ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated content for instructional clarity and accessibility.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or a related field with 3-5 years of professional experience in learning design or instructional design roles.

Roles & Responsibilities:
In this role of Learning Designer – AI, you will apply instructional design expertise within AI-assisted workflows to develop and enhance high-quality digital learning content. You will use generative AI tools to accelerate course development while ensuring strong instructional quality, alignment with learning outcomes, accessibility standards, and assessment effectiveness. The role involves designing and refining structured prompts, critically evaluating AI-generated outputs, and improving content workflows for scalability and consistency. You will collaborate closely with MSEs, AI engineers, and other content teams to ensure instructional integrity and seamless integration across learning solutions.
Should contribute to the innovative ideas using AI that are aligned with the educational domain
Skillset Required:
- Strong foundation in instructional design principles, learning objectives, Bloom’s taxonomy, and assessment alignment
- Experience with generative AI tools, including structured prompt design and prompt engineering for educational content creation
- Ability to evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated content for instructional quality, clarity, and accessibility
- Strong analytical thinking, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Qualification:
