What You'll Do

  • Support project coordination activities across multiple workstreams

  • Maintain project plans, action logs, status reports, and tracking tools

  • Develop and update executive-facing PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials

  • Draft stakeholder communications, meeting summaries, and follow-up actions

  • Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and track progress against commitments

  • Help prepare leadership updates and transformation program communications

  • Partner closely with senior project and change leaders to keep initiatives moving forward

  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency and communication quality
