Summary
Lead City Year Tulsa as Senior Vice President and Executive Director, overseeing operations, 22 staff members, and 70 AmeriCorps members serving 11 schools to advance educational equity and student success across the city.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee site operations and a $6MM annual budget, lead and develop staff and AmeriCorps teams, generate revenue through fundraising, build and maintain district and community partnerships, and serve as the primary champion of City Year's impact in Tulsa.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership, fundraising, partnership-building, and communication skills with a commitment to educational equity, coalition-building, and people development; entrepreneurial and visionary mindset with ability to lead with tenacity and humility.
Qualifications: Experience in non-profit leadership, team management, and fundraising required; knowledge of K-12 education in Tulsa and experience serving under-resourced communities preferred.
Location: 100% On-Site in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States (with some travel required)
Compensation: $150,000 – $155,000/year
