Sales Manager for CDW's Higher Education West segment leading a team of approximately 10 Field Account Managers and managing a book of business worth $35+ million. Responsible for driving sales strategies, achieving revenue goals, and enhancing customer loyalty while fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership, consultative selling, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with proven capacity to motivate diverse teams and communicate effectively. Strategic thinking, resource management, and ability to drive interdepartmental collaboration.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of management experience with direct reports and a proven sales track record. Ideally 2 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
Location: California
Compensation: $80K–$120K/yr
