Role Snapshot

Enterprise Account Executive at Pluralsight driving new business growth and customer acquisition in the SaaS tech skills development space. This remote role involves mastering complex sales cycles and building strategic partnerships with high-potential enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities: Hunt and drive new business growth from lead generation to closing while developing tailored territory and account plans. Partner across functional teams to lead complex sales cycles, engage C-suite stakeholders, and position Pluralsight as a strategic tech skills development partner.
Skills & Tools: Strong hunter mentality with expertise in business development, pipeline management, and MEDDPICC or similar value-based selling frameworks. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with capacity to engage executive-level stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.
Qualifications: 7+ years of sales experience selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients, with proven track record of overachieving revenue targets ($1M+) and closing six-figure deals ($200k+). Demonstrated success in multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles with edtech experience preferred.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $224K–$280K/yr

Pay Transparency:

The annual US base + variable range for this role is $224,000 - $280,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
