Inside Sales Advisor role at The Princeton Review engaging students and families through phone and email to drive sales in academic support and test preparation services. This full-time remote position focuses on consultative selling and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct sales consultations to determine client needs, present test prep and academic support solutions, address objections, and guide purchase decisions. Track sales activities in Salesforce, achieve monthly revenue targets, and support team initiatives while embodying The Princeton Review's brand mission.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and active listening abilities, persuasive sales techniques, and organizational skills to manage large sales pipelines. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and ability to quickly learn, adapt, and maintain high competitive performance standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of one year in direct-to-consumer sales from any industry. Friendly, enthusiastic personality with competitive drive, demonstrated success exceeding sales goals, and outstanding written and telephone communication skills.
