Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office
Starting Salary: $65,544.18 - $72,098.60 (salary to commensurate with experience)

What you’ll do:
- Set product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Turn customer insights into priorities and use cases
- Lead product initiatives from concept through delivery
- Align stakeholders and communicate product value
- Support and develop Product Owners
- Identify market opportunities and guide product positioning
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Represent the customer voice across the organization
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams
- Support sales with product expertise and presentations
- Contribute to marketing content and campaigns
- Assist with conferences, presentations, and events
What you’ll need:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree—or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities (written and verbal)
- Strategic thinking with a data-driven, analytical mindset
- Creative problem-solving and curiosity to challenge the status quo
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders
- Familiarity with collaboration platforms and product management tools
