Summary

Amplify Education is seeking a Billing Manager to oversee billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while managing the order-to-cash cycle and enhancing customer experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Manage customer invoicing, resolve billing discrepancies, process sales and use tax obligations, maintain internal controls, and supervise billing staff. Collaborate with sales, revenue accounting, and finance teams to improve processes and prepare billing reports.
Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of GAAP principles, billing practices, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred); proficiency with Avalara, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5–7 years of progressive experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations. Supervisory experience is preferred.
Location: Remote - United States, no travel required
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000/year
