Role Snapshot
Lead Coursera's global Sales Development team as Senior Director, driving customer acquisition and retention through strategic marketing and sales initiatives. This role is critical to Enterprise Business growth, building scalable SDR programs and aligning cross-functional teams to exceed pipeline targets.
Key Responsibilities: Define and execute global sales development strategy, lead and mentor a distributed team of Sales Development Representatives, optimize SDR programs using data-driven insights, and enhance collaboration between marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive new customer acquisition and expand existing relationships.
Skills & Tools: Extensive experience scaling SDR organizations, strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities, proficiency with Salesforce and sales technologies, and excellent communication skills for cross-functional leadership and team mentoring.
Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in SaaS sales with 7+ years specifically in sales development management and team leadership. Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling high-performing sales development functions globally.
