Role Snapshot
A pre-sales technical role focused on developing comprehensive configuration solutions for CDW customers by leveraging the Configuration Services portfolio. Acts as a trusted advisor to drive business growth and foster strategic customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Architect tailored configuration solutions, generate quotes, develop statements of work, and lead high-level configuration discussions with customers and internal teams. Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to provide consultative guidance, support business opportunities, and maintain strategic relationships.
Skills & Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, consultative selling techniques, and sales support. Strong communication abilities, technical expertise across configuration services, and knowledge of statements of work documentation required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role OR 7+ years in a technical role. CompTIA+ certification or equivalent required, along with minimum 2 additional domain-specific certifications (Microsoft, Google, Apple, or partner certifications).
Location: In-Person - NJ
Compensation: $60K–$90K/yr
