Design and develop educational programs for the GROW initiative at Paper. Create impactful learning experiences that drive organizational growth and employee development.

Skills & Tools: Instructional design, program development, and project management capabilities. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to work cross-functionally.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field with 2+ years of program design experience. Experience designing and implementing training or educational programs preferred.
