Summary
The Director of Impact leads programmatic operations for City Year in Little Rock, Arkansas, overseeing the implementation of the Whole School Whole Child service model to achieve educational excellence and foster strong school partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day programmatic operations, manage and develop Impact Managers and corps members, ensure service impact and achievement of lead measures, and build strong school partnerships while creating opportunities for volunteer engagement and corps member development.
Skills & Tools: Program management, coaching and mentoring, data analytics, educational program development, performance management, and strategic planning with a demonstrated commitment to community service.
Qualifications: Candidates should have experience in educational program management, coaching teams, and a strong commitment to community service and developing future leaders; expertise in program development and school partnership building is preferred.
Location: 100% On-Site in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States
Compensation: $85,000 – $120,000/year
