Support month-end close activities, investigate payment processor issues, and prepare financial reports and audit documentation.

Skills & Tools: 3+ years of revenue data management and accounts receivable experience with strong Excel proficiency for large datasets. Experience with CRM platforms, multiple payment processors, and demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications: 3+ years in revenue data management with working knowledge of CRM systems and payment processor oversight. Preferred experience in nonprofit revenue operations and familiarity with Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and common payment processing systems.

Location: Hybrid in Mountain View, California; open to remote work across continental USA and Canada

Compensation: $77,600 – $87,300 / annually
