Principal Solution Architect at CDW leading digital transformation initiatives for high-value ServiceNow clients. This senior pre-sales role blends visionary leadership with technical expertise to drive strategic enterprise solutions and accelerate business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead development and delivery of tailored ServiceNow solutions including architecture design, assessments, and advisory services while driving strategic customer engagements and aligning technology with business goals. Partner with sales and delivery teams on deal strategy, demos, and SOWs, and serve as a recognized subject matter expert and mentor to other professionals.
Skills & Tools: Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform, strong strategic leadership and communication abilities, demonstrated mentoring capabilities, and thought leadership in digital transformation. Must maintain top-level certifications, stay current with market trends, and actively participate in industry events.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years delivering and architecting complex technical solutions, or 14+ years of equivalent experience in technical delivery and sales roles. Strong focus on ServiceNow and digital transformation initiatives required.
