About the Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the tip of the spear for our revenue growth. As a key member of our Sales Organization, you will be on the front lines driving high-volume, strategic outbound outreach—primarily through outbound calling—to identify, qualify, and connect new prospects with our Account Executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Outbound Growth: Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to research, engage, and qualify prospective education sector clients.
  • Target Decision-Makers: Identify key decision-makers and map out key accounts to uncover high-potential sales opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to ensure seamless, professional hand-offs of qualified leads.
  • Maintain Pipeline Hygiene: Accurately document all prospect interactions, activity metrics, and insights within our CRM.
  • Stay Sharp: Continuously learn about ClassWallet’s evolving product suite, value proposition, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate & Win: Bring a team-first mindset, actively participate in team training sessions, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 6+ months of experience in high-volume outbound cold calling, sales development, or lead generation (preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • CRM Skills: Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Tech Literacy: Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), video conferencing, and team collaboration tools.
