Summary

Lead large-scale, multi-workstream eLearning and corporate learning programs from inception through delivery and closure. This hands-on senior leadership role requires ownership of complex program delivery, stakeholder management, and execution discipline with senior internal and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end program delivery including scope definition, integrated project planning, and stakeholder alignment across Instructional Design, SMEs, Media, QA, Technology, and Delivery teams. Manage risks, resources, budget tracking, quality oversight, and provide accurate forecasting and variance analysis to leadership.
Skills & Tools: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project with strong governance discipline and ability to manage high-stakes initiatives. Demonstrated stakeholder leadership, risk anticipation, resource optimization, and coaching ability with disciplined execution and continuous process improvement focus.
Qualifications: Typically 8-12+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 3-5 years in senior PM roles managing complex, multi-workstream programs, preferably in eLearning or corporate learning environments. Bachelor's degree in relevant field and PMP or similar certification is often expected.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹20,00,000 – ₹35,00,000 per year based on title, seniority, and location.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large, multi-workstream learning and content development programs from initiation through delivery and closure. This is not a coordination role. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, anticipate risk before it materializes, and drive execution across diverse teams with confidence.

If you are deeply skilled in Microsoft Project, disciplined in delivery governance, and comfortable managing high-stakes initiatives with senior stakeholders, this role is built for you.

What You Will Own

End-to-End Program Delivery

  • Lead large, complex, or multi-project learning programs across their full lifecycle

  • Build and maintain integrated project plans, dependencies, and critical paths in Microsoft Project

  • Define scope, milestones, deliverables, assumptions, and success criteria with senior stakeholders

  • Manage scope change and trade-offs to ensure predictable, on-time, on-budget delivery

Stakeholder Leadership

  • Serve as the primary delivery lead for senior internal and client stakeholders

  • Align Instructional Design, SMEs, Media, QA, Technology, and Delivery teams

  • Lead governance forums, status reviews, and executive updates

  • Identify risks early and escalate with context and recommended solutions

Resource & Risk Management

  • Plan and optimize resourcing across multiple concurrent programs

  • Anticipate capacity constraints before they impact timelines

  • Resolve delivery bottlenecks through prioritization, re-sequencing, or escalation

  • Coach team members on execution discipline and delivery best practices

Quality & Client Experience

  • Ensure deliverables meet defined learning objectives and quality standards

  • Oversee review cycles, feedback incorporation, and formal acceptance processes

  • Maintain strong, trust-based client relationships

  • Support issue recovery and corrective action planning when needed

Reporting & Financial Governance

  • Provide accurate reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis

  • Own budget tracking, utilization, and effort management

  • Support billing accuracy and governance reporting

  • Contribute to delivery health metrics and leadership visibility

Continuous Improvement

  • Strengthen delivery processes, tools, and execution models

  • Champion best practices in project planning and risk management

  • Leverage automation and data to improve predictability and efficiency

  • Mentor junior project managers and elevate the PM community
