Role Snapshot
Design and build intelligent cyber defense systems that automate security responses at machine speed using AI-assisted capabilities and SOAR platforms. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of security automation engineering and AI-enabled orchestration, transforming detection signals into real-time, policy-driven response actions.
Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency in Python and/or PowerShell, deep knowledge of SIEM/XDR platforms and SOAR technologies, and expertise in security automation and detection engineering. Ability to design production-grade automation for real-world adversarial environments with strong security fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant security experience or 11+ years without a degree, with background in detection engineering and automation-focused security roles. Expertise in modern security platforms and hands-on experience building automation and orchestration solutions.
Location: United States
Compensation: $132K–$191K/yr
