Summary
The K12 International Manager of International Sales leads a team of International Program Consultants from San Diego to drive business growth by prospecting schools and increasing market share for WorldStrides and Explorica brands. The role combines sales leadership with hands-on coaching to achieve revenue targets and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of International Program Consultants, develop sales strategies for school prospecting, conduct weekly performance reviews, and spend 3 days per week on the sales floor providing coaching and feedback. Oversee team training on sales cycles, product knowledge, and customer service while managing escalations, territory load balancing, and cross-functional collaboration.
Skills & Tools: Proven sales management and leadership abilities with strong communication skills and understanding of international travel customer service. Expertise in sales cycle execution, coaching, competitive strategy, and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of sales or account management experience and 1-2 years in a leadership role required. A 4-year degree or equivalent is required.
Location: Hybrid in San Diego, California, United States with some travel required for events
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000/year
