Summary

Senior Product Manager role at Epic, a leading digital reading platform for kids, responsible for driving product strategy and development to create impactful user experiences. Skills & Tools: 5–7 years of product management experience with strong market analysis capabilities and proven ability to execute in competitive landscapes. Native or professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required, along with data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Qualifications: 5–7 years of PM experience demonstrating a mature business perspective and high-execution track record in winning competitive landscapes. Prior startup or founder experience is highly valued but not required.
Location: San Jose, California (remote work from California permitted)
Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 / annually

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Products, this individual will play a critical role in supporting our cross-functional teams to build meaningful product experiences that delight our users and drive measurable impact. This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior-level product manager who thrives at the intersection of user needs, product development, and data-driven decision-making—and who is passionate about shaping the future of digital reading for kids.
