Role Snapshot

K-12 Account Manager role focused on driving sales and building relationships with school districts throughout the Southwest to expand literacy solutions. Position involves strategic new customer acquisition and growth of existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities: Achieve annual sales targets by prospecting and closing new school district clients, managing the complete sales cycle from cold outreach through negotiation and closing. Grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and advising on ELA solutions and new products.
Skills & Tools: Strong K-12 sales experience with excellent prospecting, cold calling, presentation, and networking abilities. Requires exceptional account management skills, relationship-building capability, and self-motivation to work autonomously.
Qualifications: Several years of K-12 sales experience required with strong district-level contacts in target territory. Experience selling literacy solutions is preferred; must be based in Arizona with ability to travel throughout Southwest (Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico).
Location: Arizona
Compensation: $150K–$300K/yr
