Summary

Join Ascend Learning as an Account Manager to drive sales and expand client relationships in the LA County area, delivering data-driven educational solutions for nursing education. You'll develop sales strategies, close business, and manage a large client base while achieving sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities: Present, sell, and close business while addressing client objectives and building strategic roadmaps to meet their needs. Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, maintain existing client relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations.
Skills & Tools: Strong negotiation and analytical skills, adept written communication, and experience in outside sales are essential. Proficiency in sales pipeline management, stakeholder mapping, and account retention strategies is required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales account management experience are required. Experience in outside sales and managing large client portfolios is essential for this role.
Location: Remote from Los Angeles, California, United States with approximately 3 field travel days per week covering LA County, Santa Barbara, and Bakersfield.
Compensation: $70,000 – $110,000/year
