Role Snapshot

Enterprise Sales Executive at University Instructors seeking a driven sales hunter to lead new business development across K-12 districts and state agencies in Maryland, addressing the national teacher shortage through innovative staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect and identify new district and agency opportunities, lead the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution, and develop state-specific go-to-market strategies while building trusted relationships with senior education decision-makers.
Skills & Tools: Proven K-12 sales expertise with strong negotiation and closing abilities, CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), public-sector procurement knowledge, and the ability to influence senior executives and navigate complex decision-making cycles.
Qualifications: Several years of successful K-12 sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota in high-growth environments, preferably with human capital solutions; Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field required.
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Compensation: $120K–$150K/yr
