Summary
Figma seeks a Legal Counsel, Commercial to draft and negotiate contracts, support partnership signings, and drive go-to-market contracting strategy. This full-time position offers remote or in-office flexibility across US hubs in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.
Skills & Tools: Strong experience reviewing and negotiating commercial and technology agreements (enterprise sales, SaaS, data processing, partnership agreements) with excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Understanding of privacy issues in commercial transactions and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments; AI experience is a plus.
Qualifications: J.D. and active state bar license to practice law required, with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements and partnership agreements preferred.
Location: Remote or on-site at Figma's offices in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, United States
