Role Snapshot
Account Executive for The Renaissance Network, Inc. driving sales of device lifecycle solutions to K-12 districts in Texas and Louisiana. This role requires strategic territory planning, executive relationship building, and expertise in complex education sector sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic territory plans, identify opportunities using procurement databases and AI tools, build relationships with district CIOs and IT leaders, guide customers through end-to-end solution selling, and maintain a robust sales pipeline while representing CTL at industry events.
Skills & Tools: Strong K-12 sales expertise with excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in solution selling and multi-stakeholder management, familiarity with AI sales tools and public sector procurement databases, and ability to engage senior-level district leaders.
Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of K-12 sales experience with hardware and services background, proven success in long-cycle solution selling with a hunter mindset, and preferred background as a school district CIO or IT Manager. Strong understanding of K-12 procurement processes, funding cycles, and decision-making hierarchies required.
Location: Texas
Compensation: $80Kβ$275K/yr
