Role Snapshot
Regional Sales Manager for an EdTech AI-powered tutoring platform focused on K-3 literacy, responsible for driving business growth and capturing new opportunities in North Texas K-12 districts. This individual contributor role requires building strong relationships with district leadership and superintendents while managing 50% travel within the territory.
Key Responsibilities: Capture new business and expand existing accounts with K-12 districts in North Texas, establish and maintain relationships with superintendents and educators. Manage territory-based sales activities requiring 50%+ travel within the region.
Skills & Tools: Strong K-12 EdTech and SaaS sales abilities with proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage district leadership and educators.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience required; minimum 2+ years of EdTech SaaS sales with consistent goal achievement. Preferred experience in education administration, startups, or selling supplemental resources to K-12 districts.
Location: North Texas
Compensation: $120K–$130K/yr
