About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts within the higher education sector. You will work closely with Nurse Educators, Deans, and Directors, at Higher Education Institutions to promote our Nursing curriculum materials, patient simulations, and NCLEX prep testing products. Your goal will be to drive success at institutions which use our flagship products and grow the Elsevier footprint across programs in the Nursing Department.

Responsibilities

  • Managing accounts by promoting and selling our Nursing curriculum materials and digital products
  • Driving revenue growth by ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our solutions
  • Identifying client needs through solution-based selling techniques and demonstrate the full value of our product offerings
  • Providing exceptional customer service, coordinate training, and make recommendations based on performance to support and grow your accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner
  • Track sales pipeline, leads, and sales cycle using CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Play lead role in renewing and upselling to our enterprise customers

Requirements

  • Have proven sales experience in technology, higher education, publishing, or healthcare industries
  • Reside within the territory
  • Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills and a focus on delivering high-quality service
  • Possess excellent communication skills. Be able to present complex technical information to diverse audiences
  • Be familiar with curriculum-based SaaS tools or educational technology systems
  • Have a customer-centric approach to relationship building and collaboration
  • Possess a genuine interest in health science education and technology integration in education
  • Have a valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $70,800 - $117,800. Total Target Cash: $108,800 - $181,200. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
