We are seeking two Power Platform Support Analysts to join our IT team in Bengaluru. These roles will support our global citizen developer community, helping them troubleshoot issues, operate and enhance the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE) toolkit, and ensure smooth operation of Power Platform solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI users, diagnosing and resolving platform-related issues.
Citizen Developer Enablement: Assist and guide citizen developers with best practices, data connections, and environment usage.
CoE Administration: Operate and maintain the Power Platform CoE toolkit, ensuring accurate inventory, usage analytics, and compliance.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Governance and Compliance: Monitor environments and applications for adherence to platform governance and data policies.
Remote Collaboration: Work closely with UK-based team members, demonstrating flexibility in communication and project delivery across different time zones.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform updates, AI advancements, and features, applying them to improve existing solutions.
Training and Guidance: Deliver short training sessions or office hours to help citizen developers build compliant, maintainable apps. Required Skills and Experience Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and Power Platform administration. Strong troubleshooting and user support experience. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Desirable Skills Experience using or maintaining the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit. Familiarity with Azure AD, permissions management, and licensing models.
