Role Snapshot

Regional Representative for Intelligent Video Solutions who drives customer success, renewal rates, and revenue growth within an assigned territory while selling video observation and recording software solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales quotas, manage customer renewals, conduct discovery and demos, gather project details for solution design, maintain Salesforce records, and deepen customer partnerships through annual reviews and training. Travel up to 10-15% annually within assigned territory.
Skills & Tools: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, ability to nurture long-term customer partnerships, attention to detail, project management capabilities, and proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience, valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and knowledge of CRM software. Product knowledge and technical understanding can be developed on the job.
Location: In-Person - Sussex, WI
Compensation: $35K–$55K/yr (estimated)

What you will be doing:


As a Regional Representative you will increase renewal rates and reduce churn by helping drive positive customer success outcomes in your assigned territory. Specific territory to be determined.


More specifically, you will:

  • Practice IVS core values: Do the right thing; be easy to work with; stay sharp; continuously improve and have fun.
  • Achieve sales quota within assigned territory.
  • Attain and maintain core product knowledge.
  • Advance each sale through lead qualification, discovery, demo, quote review, technical review, procurement, and conclude with project handoff to IVS project management.
  • Gather required project details for accurate solution design.
  • Maintain current and accurate Salesforce records and forecast data.
  • Manage customer renewals.
  • Deepen customer partnerships by conducting annual reviews and training as needed.
  • Travel up to 10-15% or within travel budget annually.

Requirements

What you need to qualify:

  • 1 year’s sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to nurture long-term customer partnerships
  • Attention to detail and follow through on commitments
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects
  • Knowledge of CRM software (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record with no major violations
