HR Generalist serving as a frontline HR partner supporting employees and leaders with day-to-day people needs while implementing broader HR strategy. This role ensures smooth HR processes, accurate data management, and positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Provide responsive support to employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, leaves, and inquiries; coordinate onboarding/offboarding; maintain accurate employee data and org charts; track HR metrics on staffing and turnover. Support employee relations, partner with Senior HRBP on department priorities, and assist with HR initiatives like performance management and succession planning.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters; proficiency with HRIS systems, data analysis, and HR processes. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications: Typically requires 2-3 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR coordinator role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent HR experience.
Location: In-Person - Carson, CA
Compensation: $45K–$65K/yr (estimated)

In this role, you’ll serve as a frontline HR partner supporting employees and leaders with day-to-day people needs while helping bring our broader HR strategy to life. You’ll balance employee-facing support with behind-the-scenes coordination, ensuring HR processes run smoothly, data stays accurate, and our people feel supported every step of the way. Your work directly contributes to a positive employee experience and helps our business operate with clarity, consistency, and care.

A day in the office looks like this:

  • Provide responsive, high-quality frontline support to employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, leaves of absence, and general employee inquiries
  • Partner closely with the Sr. HRBP to support department priorities and implement HR strategies aligned to business needs
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure timely resolution and a seamless employee experience
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions and a positive first and last impression
  • Support employee relations matters by providing policy guidance, documentation support, and performance coaching resources
  • Maintain accurate org charts, rosters, and employee data; process associate changes efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Track and analyze HR data including staffing, turnover, retention, and exit interview insights to support talent discussions
  • Assist with the planning and execution of HR initiatives such as performance management and succession planning
  • Support time-sensitive projects and ad hoc HR initiatives as business needs evolve
