Job Description

We are currently searching for a highly motivated Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, located on-site at our Carson headquarters. You will work closely with strategic business partners to gather hiring requirements, source and screen candidates, drive the interview process and close top talent. You must possess a passion for finding talent and have excellent customer service skills, good judgment, strong attention to detail and an outcome orientation. You’re sure to be busy and fully engaged from the first day, and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment. 

A day at Lakeshore looks like this: 

  • Source, recruit and hire top talent through a variety of advanced and innovative recruitment methods to meet the needs of our organization
  • Develop strong candidate pipelines across a wide-ranging requisition load and yield results in a fast-paced setting
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers by providing excellent service, advice, direction and feedback throughout the complete selection process
  • Provide excellent candidate experience, superb customer service, and appropriate and timely responses
  • Play an active role in recruitment and human resources related projects
  • Represent Lakeshore for recruiting purposes at networking events
