Summary
Senior Product Operations Manager at OCLC overseeing product development processes within Global Product Management and coordinating across departments to ensure efficient product execution. The role impacts the organization's ability to deliver products timely while maintaining alignment across development, finance, sales, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities: Refine and manage product development processes, develop a portfolio view of business cases tracking their lifecycles, ensure proper prioritization and approval mechanisms, manage timely delivery of product briefs, and train staff on product management tools. Coordinate across departments to ensure efficient product execution and maintain stakeholder alignment on prioritization.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in PowerBI, Jira, and AHA! tools combined with exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and operational management experience required.
Qualifications: Minimum 10 years in software or SaaS industry with a Bachelor's degree required and advanced degree preferred. Strong leadership and operational management experience essential.
Location: Dublin
Compensation: $100K–$140K/yr
